Fulham are aiming to move out of the bottom three as they host an AFC Bournemouth side seeking to consolidate their place in the top six.

Team news

Fulham's Tom Cairney has returned to training following an ankle injury but may be given more time to build up his fitness before being selected.

Joe Bryan (hamstring) is the only unavailable member of the Cottagers squad.

AFC Bournemouth expect striker Joshua King (knock) to be fit for the trip to Fulham, but otherwise have no new injury concerns.

This is the first top-flight meeting between Fulham and AFC Bournemouth. Their last league match was in the Championship in March 2015, with the Cherries winning 5-1.

Fulham's Aleksandar Mitrovic scored five goals in his first six PL appearances this season, while firing in 12 shots on target. The Serbian striker has since registered just one shot on target in his last three matches, and is aiming for his first goal in four fixtures.

AFC Bournemouth have won three of their last five PL away matches, having won only three of their previous 19 in the competition.

With three strikes and four assists, AFC Bournemouth’s Callum Wilson has been directly involved in more PL goals this season than any other Englishman.
