When Everton visit West Bromwich Albion in the Premier League, Kevin Mirallas relishes the encounter more than any other player.

The Belgian scored in a third successive trip to West Brom when he netted the equaliser in Everton’s 2-1 win on Saturday.

Mirallas did not play in the visit to West Brom last season, but previously he struck in a 2-0 win at the Hawthorns on 13 September 2014, and in a 1-1 draw on 20 January of the same year.

But, when looking at the past 24 seasons of the Premier League, Mirallas’s remarkable run at The Hawthorns is yet to get in the Top 10 of scoring streaks at opposing grounds for a player.

Nine players have scored in four successive matches at a particular away stadium, including Michael Owen at Goodison Park, Nicolas Anelka at Arsenal and Daniel Sturridge at Newcastle United's St James' Park.

Two players have gone one further and with goals in five successive away trips to the same venue.

For Robert Pires the north London derby at Tottenham Hotspur was a favourite for the midfielder. In five consecutive visits to White Hart Lane, the Frenchman was on the scoresheet.

That haul included Arsenal's winner in a 5-4 triumph in November 2004, and a goal in a 2-2 draw that clinched Arsenal the title in 2003/04.

The other player to score for five successive matches at one stadium is, less surprisingly, Alan Shearer

The Premier League all-time top goalscorer found the net for Newcastle United against Leeds United at Elland Road five matches in succession between 1996 and 2003, scoring seven times in that period.
