Erik Lamela is in line for a first Premier League appearance in more than a year when Tottenham Hotspur visit Leicester City on Tuesday night.
The Argentinian stepped up his recovery from a long-term hip injury against Chelsea in Premier League 2 last week and is ready to boost Spurs ahead of a run of seven matches in a month.
"Always in a very busy schedule you need everyone fit to help the team and that is very good news for the team," Pochettino told the club's official website.
"After more than one year, it's so important to start to feel again the emotion to play and compete. I'm so happy because he is going to help the team a lot."
