Jose Fonte, James Collins (both foot) and Pablo Zabaleta (suspension) are also unavailable.

Philippe Coutinho (adductor) has been ruled out for Liverpool, who will also need to assess Georginio Wijnaldum (ankle) and Dejan Lovren (thigh).

Sadio Mane (thigh) could feature from the bench but long-term absentees Adam Lallana (thigh) and Nathaniel Clyne (back) are still out.

Did you know?

None of the last 12 Premier League meetings between these sides at West Ham United have ended as a draw, the Hammers winning four and Liverpool eight since a 1-1 draw in December 2001.

In Liverpool’s only previous PL visit to London Stadium they won 4-0 to record their biggest away league victory at West Ham in the competition.

All 41 of Chicharito's PL goals have been scored from inside the box; only Tim Cahill (56) has a higher 100% record in the competition.

Philippe Coutinho has three goals and three assists in his last five matches against West Ham in all competitions.
