Helen Wildridge describes her 17-year-old son Loyd as a little miracle.
Loyd has learning difficulties after having undiagnosed encephalitis when he was six. At one point he could not sit up or talk.
But Loyd has come a long way since then, displaying character that is an inspiration to his family.
"His spirit is just amazing," Helen tells LFC TV. "He just loves life."
As a huge Liverpool fan, Loyd's wish was to meet Reds manager Jurgen Klopp.
And thanks to Liverpool and the Make a Wish Foundation, which grants magical wishes to enrich the lives of children and young people fighting life-threatening conditions, Loyd's dreams have come true.
He was given a tour of Anfield before travelling to the Melwood training ground to spend time with Klopp, asking him about his touchline celebrations and his favourite drink.
"It means the world to see Loyd's face lit up," says Helen. "It's emotional, it's overwhelming to see him so happy."
