A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. 

OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA WHO ARE 21 YEARS OR OLDER AS OF THE DATE OF ENTRY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. 

1. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD. The Premier League Golden Ticket Twitter Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00:00 AM Mountain Time (“MT”) on November 18, 2017 and ends at 11:59:59 PM MT on November 29, 2017 (“Sweepstakes Period”). The Sweepstakes Period consists of one entry period.

2. ELIGIBILITY The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are 21 years of age or older as of date of entry (“Entrant”). Employees of the Football Association Premier League Limited (“Sponsor”), Gilt Edge Soccer Marketing (“Administrator”), and each of their respective subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies (all such individuals and entities collectively referred to herein as the "Released Parties") and the immediate family members of each (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible to participate or win. Subject to all federal, state, local laws. Void where prohibited.

3. HOW TO ENTER. To enter the Sweepstakes, you must be a follower of Premier League USA (@PLinUSA) Twitter account and have your account set to “public” for the duration of the Sweepstakes to receive a Direct Message (“DM”) for the entry to be eligible. If you do not have a Twitter account and you would like to create one for free, visit Twitter.com. All terms and conditions of Twitter apply. During the Entry Period, there will be twelve (12) call to action Posts (each a “Post”) at Sponsor-selected times instructing you to retweet the Post from @PLinUSA that includes #PLGoldenTicketSweepstakes (collectively the “Entry”) to receive one Entry into the Sweepstakes. Limit one Entry per person/Twitter account, per Post. Entries must be received within the Entry Period indicated in the entry chart below in Rule #4 to be entered into the drawing. Entries will not carry forward for any subsequent random drawings. Multiple Entrants are not permitted to share the same Twitter account. Any attempt by any Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different Twitter accounts, identities, registrations, logins, addresses or through any other methods, may void all of that Entrant’s Entries and that Entrant may be disqualified.

By submitting your Entry, you agree to these Official Rules and you agree that Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, use your Entry, username/handle, proper name and state of residence online and in print or in any other media, in connection with this Sweepstakes, without payment or compensation to you, except where prohibited by law. Any content or portion thereof that is, in the Sponsor’s sole discretion, obscene, profane, lewd, defamatory or violates any proprietary right of any person living or deceased (including but not limited to rights of privacy or publicity or portrayal in a false light) or entity, sexual in nature, or is otherwise objectionable, will disqualify the Entry as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Entry must be in keeping with Sponsor’s image and may not be offensive, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. If you enter using your mobile phone, standard data fees/rates may apply. See your wireless provider for pricing plan details. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means and entries by any means which subvert the Entry process are void. Twitter is not affiliated with the Sweepstakes in any way and is not responsible for the administration of the Sweepstakes or the awarding of the prize. No endorsement or approval of Sweepstakes by Twitter are expressed or implied.  All Entries become the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

4. ENTRY PERIOD/RANDOM DRAWINGS/ODDS. One (1) grand prize winner (“Winner” or “Grand Prize Winner”) will be selected in random drawing on or about the date listed in the entry chart from among all eligible Entries received during that Entry Period only. The random drawings will be conducted by the Administrator, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to the judging of the Sweepstakes. The odds of winning the prize will depend on the number of eligible Entries received throughout each Entry Period.

5. GRAND PRIZE DESCRIPTION AND ESTIMATED RETAIL VALUE (“ERV”): One Winner, will receive one (1) Grand Prize trip for two (2) to a regular season Premier League home Match (“Match”) to be determined by the Winner and the Sponsor. Prize includes round-trip coach class air transportation to England from the major airport nearest the Winner’s home, three (3) nights’ hotel accommodations [one (1) room/double occupancy], two (2) tickets to the Match, travel stipend of $500, awarded in the form of a gift card for Winner only. The ERV is $4,975/each. All taxes related to the prizes are the responsibility of the Winner. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Prizes (and each component) must be used on dates specified by Sponsor surrounding the Match or prizes will be forfeited and alternate Winner will be selected in accordance with these Official Rules. The Grand Prize Winner and their travel companions agree to comply with all applicable stadium regulations in connection with the prize. Sponsor and the applicable Premier League entities (as applicable) reserve the right to remove or to deny Entry to Winner and/or their travel companions who engage(s) in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the Match. Sponsor and its agencies will not be responsible for weather conditions, acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage or any other natural disaster outside their control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of the Match.  In the event the Match is cancelled or postponed due to circumstances beyond Sponsor’s control, including but not limited to, travel cancellations, delays or interruptions due to acts of God, acts of war, natural disasters, weather, acts of terrorism or an event of force majeure, that portion of the prize will not be awarded and no additional compensation will be provided. Seat selection at Match is subject to availability. No refunds or credit for changes are allowed. All federal, state and/or local income and other taxes on the prize are each Winner’s sole responsibility.

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION. The potential Grand Prize Winner will be notified via DM to Winner’s Twitter handles. Potential Grand Prize Winner will then be required to follow the instructions to claim prizes. Potential Grand Prize Winner and his/her travel companions (or Winner on behalf of minor travel companion who is Winner’s child/charge) will be required to sign and return, an Affidavit of Eligibility, liability/publicity release (except where prohibited by law) and Assignment of Rights within three (3) business days of notification attempt or Winner status will be forfeited and an alternate Winner will be determined in accordance with these Official Rules, time permitting. Winner is subject to verification by Sponsor. In order to use the Grand Prize, the Winner and travel companion must each have a valid passport prior to travel. Winner and their travel companion are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents or prize will be forfeited. Seat selection and timing of trip are subject to confirmation of reservations and availability.  Trips must be taken on dates specified by Sponsor as outlined in Rule #5 and are subject to change in Sponsor’s sole discretion. The travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor’s agent and on an airline carrier of Sponsor’s choice.  The Winner must travel as and when designated by Sponsor or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner may be selected in accordance with these Official Rules, time permitting.  All fees and expenses related to acceptance and use of the prize (such as security fees, gratuities, luggage fees, meals, room service, ground transportation, incidental charges, etc.) not specifically stated herein are the sole responsibility of the prize Winner.  Major credit card may be required at check-in to cover any incidental charges.   The Grand Prize Winner’s travel companions (or Winner, on behalf of minor travel companion who is Winner’s child/charge) must complete and return a liability/publicity release prior to prize award.  No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight except at the sole discretion of Sponsor.  Lost, stolen or damaged airline will not be replaced or exchanged. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutions or any act or omissions whatsoever by any air carrier(s) or other transportation companies or any other persons providing any of these services to passengers including any results thereof such as changes in services or accommodations necessitated by same.  The passenger contracts in use by the airlines or other transportation companies shall constitute the sole contracts with respect to the Winner’s and his/her travel companion’s transportation and such contracts shall be solely between the Winner, travel companion and such transportation companies.  Air transportation and hotel accommodations must be taken together and cannot be taken separately.  The Grand Prize Winner understands and agrees that Sponsor has the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify and remove Winner or their  travel companion from the travel, without compensation if the Winner or his/her travel companion’s behavior at any point is uncooperative, disruptive, or may or does cause damage to person, property, or the reputation of Sponsor or otherwise violates the policies of the Sponsor, and in such a case, that Winner(s) will still be solely responsible for all taxes and other expenses related to the prize, if any. The Grand Prize Winner and all Entrants, as a condition of Entry into the Sweepstakes, agree to release and forever discharge, covenant not to sue, and hold harmless  Sponsor and its Administrators and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, suppliers, distributors and advertising, promotional and judging agencies and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, members, employees, agents, assigns, and all others associated with the development, evolvement and execution of the Sweepstakes from and against any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with submitting an Entry or otherwise participating in any aspect of the Sweepstakes, the receipt, ownership or use of the prizes awarded, or any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or the announcement or offering of the Grand Prizes.

7. GENERAL RULES. All rights to the Entry belong to the Entrant and must be assigned to Sponsor. By accepting a prize, you agree that Sponsor may make use of your Entry, proper name and state of residence online and in print, or in any other media, in connection with this Sweepstakes, without payment or compensation to you, except where prohibited by law. Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this Sweepstakes or use or redemption of prize. Sponsor shall be ultimately responsible for determining eligibility, in its sole discretion. By participating in this Sweepstakes, Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Administrator and Sponsor. By entering this Sweepstakes, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, employees and agents from any and all liability or any injury, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this Sweepstakes or any prize won.  Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical/other error in printing of Sweepstakes or administration/prize announcement in connection with this Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, damaged, lost or late Entries/winner notification, or for any human error, which may occur in the processing of the Entries in this Sweepstakes.

8. DISCLAIMERS Entries that are lost, late, misdirected, incorrect, garbled, unsuccessfully posted on Twitter or incompletely received, for any reason will not be eligible. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the Entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the Sweepstakes if it is not capable of completion as planned including by reason of tampering, unauthorized intervention, force majeure or failures of any sort. In the event of cancellation of Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prizes to alternate Winner in accordance with these Official Rules from all eligible Entries received for each Entry Period prior to cancellation. Sponsor Entities are not responsible for errors in the administration or fulfillment of this Sweepstakes, including without limitation mechanical, human, printing, distribution or production errors. SPONSOR ENTITIES MAKE NO WARRANTIES, REPRESENTATIONS OR GUARANTEES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN FACT OR IN LAW (EXCEPT AS PROVIDED BY THE DEALER), AS REGARDS THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR THE MERCHANTABILITY, QUALITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE REGARDING PRIZES. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND/OR CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ATTORNEYS’ FEES) FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

9. APPLICABLE LAWS AND JURISDICTION. This Sweepstakes will be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts of the State of Illinois for any disputes arising out of this Sweepstakes.

The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Twitter. You understand that you are providing your information to Gilt Edge Soccer Marketing and not to Twitter. The information you provide will only be used in connection with this Sweepstakes.
