Chelsea Ladies defender Claire Rafferty is in Colombia to see how the club's partnership with Plan International is making a difference to young people around the world.
Rafferty is on a two-day trip to the country supporting the Champions of Change programme, which aims to break down gender stereotypes and teaches hard-to-reach girls and boys about equality, respect and tolerance.
Her first stop was the rural community of Clemencia where Plan International and Chelsea have been working with 270 boys and girls on the Champions of Change project for the past 18 months.
She took part in a discussion with 33 of the participants before joining Chelsea Foundation coaches for a 90-minute coaching session.

Chelsea's partnership with Plan International, one of the oldest and largest children’s development charities, began in 2015. It involves Chelsea supporting Plan's activity in Africa, Asia and South America, raising funds and awareness for the charity.
