An incredible Premier League season ends on Sunday with one final round of matches. All 10 matches kick off at the same time and will be available on the NBC family of networks.

‌The greatest drama will revolve around the relegation battle, as Everton, Leicester City and Leeds United fight for the one remaining spot in the Premier League next season.

Everton are in the driving seat with 33 points, two more than Leicester and Leeds. Sean Dyche’s squad can control their own destiny with a win at Goodison Park against AFC Bournemouth. All three points would guarantee Everton’s safety, but a draw or a loss could open the door for one of the two other clubs to sneak out of the bottom three at the last moment.

‌Leicester’s Premier League status hangs in the balance, but the Foxes will have their last opportunity at King Power Stadium when they welcome West Ham United.

Trailing by two points to Everton, Dean Smith’s side will need some help from Bournemouth but will first need to secure all three points against the Hammers.

West Ham’s league season didn’t go according to plan either, but several crucial results in the last few weeks of the season secured their safety.

Leeds find themselves on the ropes in 19th place, but also have an avenue to securing Premier League safety on the last day.

Sam Allardyce hasn’t got the necessary results in his short tenure yet, but a win at home to Tottenham Hotspur could be the beginning of a string of events that lead to another season in the top-flight for Leeds.

Spurs are much higher up the table than either Everton or Leicester’s opponents, but the club has been in a poor run of form that could leave them vulnerable against an extremely motivated Leeds side.

At the same time, Spurs are still eligible for European competition as they sit one place out of seventh place, so could find their motivation one last time this season.
