Football is full of data, facts and statistics. But what can you do with them and how can you make them easy to understand?

Well, mathematician and TV presenter Rachel Riley is here to help in our latest Premier League Primary Stars home learning activity pack.

Rachel wants you and the whole family to have a go at three fun activities.

But first watch the video above, where Rachel explains how bar charts work, why they are useful, and the important features that children need to remember to include in their own bar charts.

Then access the activity pack and have a go at:

- Trying our quiz to see how many charts you can understand
- Using the activity sheets to practice drawing bar charts from Premier League football matches
- Putting your new skills to the test to create your own bar charts
