Terms and Conditions
1. 持此门票入场即表示接受本条款和条件的约定。
The use of this ticket to enter the Ground constitutes acceptance of, and agreement to be bound by and to comply with, these terms and conditions.
2. 不得将此门票转让或出售给其他任何人。
You may not transfer, sell, dispose of or assign this ticket to anybody.
3. 除主办方明确授权外，此票仅适用于个人进入球场内观赏比赛，不得用于任何商业目的或活动。
This ticket, and access to the Ground, shall be for the purposes of private enjoyment of the Match only, not for any commercial purpose or activity, save as expressly authorized by the Premier League.
4. 儿童必须由至少一名成人陪同。
Children must be accompanied by an adult.
5. 在违反本条款约定的前提下获得或使用此门票都将视为无效。持票人将被拒绝入场，若持票人已经入场，将被驱逐，无论在任何情况下，都不得退票。
If this ticket is obtained or used in breach of these terms and conditions, it will be automatically void. The bearer be refused entry and, if already in the Ground, will be ejected, in either case without a refund.
6. 持票人必须在入场时出示门票。主办方或场地方均无义务为遗失、被盗或损毁的门票进行补票。
In order to gain admission to the Ground, the ticket must be presented in its entirety at the Match. Neither the Premier League or the Stadium shall not be obliged to issue any replacement for a lost, stolen or destroyed ticket.
7. 一人一票。入场后请对号入座，离场后不得再次入场。
One ticket per person. Please be seated according to your seat number. Ticket can only be valid for once.
8. 禁止携带下列物品进入场内（或在场内使用）：违禁药品；其他违禁物品；烟花爆竹；烟雾罐；空气喇叭；火炬；激光装置；瓶子、液体；玻璃容器或任何可能用作武器或危害公共安全的物品。
It is forbidden to bring any of the following into the Ground (or using them within the Ground): illegal drugs; other illegal substances; fireworks; firecrackers; smoke canisters; air horns; flares; laser devices; bottles, liquids; glass vessels or any item that might be used as a weapon or compromise public safety.
9. 全场禁止吸烟。
Smoking is not permitted.
10. 禁止进行将未经授权的录音、录像和拍照用于商业行为，不可携带任何相关专业设备进场使用。个人手机可在场内进行录音、录像或拍照，但仅限于个人使用。
Unauthorized recording, video recording and photography are forbidden, nor may you bring into the Ground or use within the Ground any equipment or technology, except for mobile phones used for strictly personal and private use, which is capable of recording, video recording or photography.
11. 所有入场的持票人均承认并同意：
(i)英超或其他授权机构可以拍摄和使用在赛场内拍到的照片、音频、视频素材;
(ii)所有观众在球场的形象和行为是公开的，比赛过程中捕捉到的任何观众行为均不受任何隐私保护。
All ticket holders who enter the Grounds acknowledge and agree that:
(i) photographic images and/or audio, visual and/or audio-visual records and/or feeds (including stills taken therefrom) may be taken and used by the Premier League or others; and
(ii) that their appearance and actions inside and in the perimeter of the Ground are public in nature and that they shall have no expectation of privacy with regard to their actions or conduct at Matches.
12. 如果因为任何原因赛事被禁，主办方均不予退款。如果比赛延期或取消，持票人将有权通过英超规定的申请程序获得全额退款，或获得随后重新安排的比赛的同等门票。英超和场地方将不再承担任何责任，包括但不限于任何间接损失或损害、观赛体验或旅行费用的损失。
No money will be refunded if, for any reason, a match is abandoned. In the event of the postponement or abandonment of both matches, you will be entitled to receive a full refund or receive the equivalent ticket for the subsequent re-arranged matchday via such application procedure as the Premier League stipulates. The Premier League and the Stadium will have no further liability whatsoever, including (but not limited to) any indirect or consequential loss or damage, loss of enjoyment or travel.
