A stoppage-time strike by Steve Mounie snatched Huddersfield Town's third PL win of the season as they triumphed 1-0 against Wolverhampton Wanderers at John Smith's Stadium.

Jonathan Hogg’s early effort for the hosts deflected narrowly wide of Rui Patricio’s goal, before Raul Jimenez came close with a header for Wolves.

Terence Kongolo, Aaron Mooy, Mounie and Hogg all passed up second-half chances for Huddersfield Town, while Ruben Neves, Willy Boly and Jimenez threatened at the other end.

But in the first minute of added time Karlan Grant's effort was saved by Patricio, and Mounie pounced to earn a first victory for his side since they defeated Wolves on 25 November, 15 matches ago.

Huddersfield Town remain 20th, on 14 points, while Wolves are eighth on 40 points.
