Austin Samuels scored twice in the first half as Wolverhampton Wanderers earned a 4-0 win over Norwich City in Division 2.
Wolves took a sixth-minute lead at Compton Park Training Ground when Ryan Giles played in Samuels and he turned well before finishing.
The home side doubled their advantage on 34 minutes as Pote crossed for Ed Francis to score his first goal since joining from Manchester City last month.
A minute before half-time, Samuels made it 3-0 with his second of the match after being played through by Dion Sanderson.
Pote netted a fourth from six yards on 69 minutes to keep Wolves second on 33 points, three behind leaders Southampton.
Norwich, who fell to a 10th defeat of the season, are 11th on 15 points.
