Premier League Charitable Fund Board of Trustees 

The Premier League Charitable Fund is governed by the Board of Trustees.

The Board consists of a Chair and Vice Chair alongside representatives from the Premier League, Professional Footballers' Association and appointed Independent Trustees.

Meeting four times per year, the Premier League Charitable Fund Board is responsible for overseeing the management of the charity and ensuring it is carrying out its charitable purpose. The Board takes overall responsibility for the charity and our performance.

The Board is Chaired by Tim Godwin OBE QPM, who was appointed Chair in 2017.

Premier League Charitable Fund Executive 

Board members set direction and give the Executive Leadership Team, who are responsible for the day to day running of the organisation, support and advice.

The Executive Team is led by Chief Executive Ruth Shaw OBE.

Ruth leads a staff of 20 people who deliver across a range of functions and departments including community, education, grants and impact, safeguarding, communications, and policy.

The Premier League Charitable Fund head office is based in central London.
