The Scout is selecting four overlooked players who could be set for a breakout Gameweek 18 in Fantasy Premier League.

Christian Atsu (NEW) £5.1m

The Newcastle United midfielder is owned by just 0.1 per cent of FPL managers for the home match with Fulham.

Atsu has benefitted from a recent change of tactics by Rafael Benitez and appears to have secured a place in the Magpies’ first XI.

He has started each of the last three matches, having just done so once in the opening 14 Gameweeks.

Hot-shot

Although Atsu has yet to claim a goal or an assist, his underlying statistics point to an improvement in Fantasy.

His seven shots on target over the last four Gameweeks are joint-top with Marcus Rashford (£6.9m) among all players.

Fulham travel to St James' Park with a poor defensive record.

They have yet to keep a clean sheet this season, conceding at least two goals in eight of their nine away matches.

Atsu looks well set to profit from this lack of resilience to flourish as a cut-price midfield pick.
