Barclays Manager of the Month shortlist for January 2024

The shortlists for January 2024's EA SPORTS PlayerBarclays ManagerBudweiser Goal and Castrol Save of the Month awards have been revealed.

You, the fans, had until 12:00 GMT on Monday 12 February to cast your votes and help decide who wins each award.

The public votes are combined with those of a panel of football experts, while the EA SPORTS award also factors in the votes of captains of each Premier League club. 

The winners will be announced the week after the shortlists are revealed.

Elijah Adebayo (Luton)

Adebayo scored a first career hat-trick as Luton Town beat Brighton & Hove Albion 4-0, their biggest Premier League win. He opened the scoring in the first minute with a flicked header and added two more close-range finishes in a dominant performance.

Conor Bradley (Liverpool)

The 20-year-old right-back provided an assist on his top-flight debut in a 4-0 win at AFC Bournemouth, before following up with a goal and two more assists as Liverpool beat Chelsea 4-1 on his home Premier League debut.

Kevin De Bruyne (Man City)

The brilliant Belgian hit the ground running on his return from injury, inspiring a comeback with a goal before creating the winner for Oscar Bobb in a 3-2 success at Newcastle United. He then set up his 104th Premier League goal to go outright third in the all-time assists chart against Burnley.

Diogo Jota (Liverpool)

Jota was exceptional throughout January. His five goal involvements, including strikes against Bournemouth and Chelsea, are the most of all the players on the shortlist and inspired Liverpool to an unbeaten run of three wins from three matches.

Gabriel Magalhaes (Arsenal)

The Brazilian was outstanding at both ends of the pitch across the month for Arsenal. The centre-back added goals to his solid defending with two against Crystal Palace in a 5-0 win.

Richarlison (Spurs)

Richarlison scored in both matches as Tottenham Hotspur went unbeaten through January. He was influential in the 3-2 comeback win against Brentford, netting the decisive goal, while he also scored in a 2-2 draw at Manchester United

Mikel Arteta (Arsenal)

Arsenal kept the pressure on leaders Liverpool throughout January with two wins from two. Arteta masterminded a great attacking display as the Gunners eased past Crystal Palace 5-0 and followed that up with a 2-1 success at Nottingham Forest, with five different scorers across the two matches.

Rob Edwards (Luton)

It was an unbeaten month for Edwards, who guided Luton Town out of the relegation zone with four points from a possible six. The highlight for the Hatters was a thumping 4-0 win over Brighton & Hove Albion, their biggest ever in the Premier League.

Pep Guardiola (Man City)

Guardiola led Man City to a 100 per cent record in January. The Spaniard followed up a dramatic 3-2 comeback win at Newcastle United by defeating a Burnley side managed by his former captain, Vincent Kompany.

Jurgen Klopp (Liverpool)

Liverpool were the only team to play three matches and win all three in January. In a month that Klopp announced he would be leaving Anfield at the end of the season, his team's response was emphatic. Liverpool defeated Newcastle, AFC Bournemouth and Chelsea, scoring four goals in each victory to end the month top of the table.
