The Premier League is continuing to support families and teachers in lockdown by providing free, weekly home-learning activities.

Suitable for five to 11-year-olds, the new Premier League Primary Stars Weekly Challenges have a theme of health and wellbeing, and are supported by curriculum-linked resources.

Online mission

We are all using the internet more at the moment, so it is important that we are staying safe and happy while online.

This week we are encouraging families to work together on our Internet Detective activity, a fact-finding mission created with support from ChildNet.

We want you to download the challenge, before creating a fact file on your football hero.

Top tips for internet safety

Radio and television presenter Katie Thistleton has set this week's Premier League Primary Stars Challenge and has shared her top tips for staying safe online.

They are simple things that could make a real difference to what you see.

"Report anything you don't like," Thistleton says. "If you see anything that's making you unhappy or you feel uneasy, then you have the power to report someone, to block someone, to speak to a trusted adult and to take yourself away from that situation.

"So, trust your instincts on that."

To take on our Internet Detectives challenge, head to the Premier League Primary Stars Weekly Challenges page and download the worksheet that you can fill in together, or grab a pen and paper and get started.
