The Premier League is continuing its support for families and teachers in lockdown with free, weekly home-learning activities.
Suitable for five to 11-year-olds, the new Premier League Primary Stars Weekly Challenges will have a theme of health and wellbeing and are supported by curriculum-linked resources.
Being kind to others not only helps spread positivity but also makes us feel better.
And that is why we are encouraging families to take part in the latest PL Primary Stars challenge, which this week focuses on kindness.
You can watch Dr Alex George set the challenge in the video above.
We would like you to draw pictures showing us how you will be kind and support others during lockdown.
You can be as creative as you like, drawing and colouring in are mindfulness activities which will also support your positive wellbeing.
Head to the Premier League Primary Stars website to find out more information on the activity and download the worksheet.
Share your acts of kindness drawings with us on social media using #PLPrimaryStars and #WeAreOneTeam and remember to carry out the kind things you have planned.
Dr Alex George has also shared three top tips on supporting your own positive mental wellbeing in the video below.
