As the United Kingdom goes through its latest lockdown, Premier League stars have been sharing what they have done or recommend doing to keep a positive mindset, in the hope that it encourages others outside of football to take a similarly positive approach.

In the latest video, players such as Nelson Semedo and Ryan Bertrand say the chance to spend better-quality time with family has been a positive, while Sadio Mane reveals life at home has given him the chance to get into the "Vikings" series on Amazon Prime.

Ben Osborn has spent the extra time to build up his collection of vinyl records, while Erik Pieters and Craig Dawson recommend positive thinking and speaking to others to help maintain mental wellbeing.

Fans can get more information on maintaining positive mental health from the Premier League's #StayWell hub, including tips and advice from experts and players, as well as links to NHS resources and Public Health England's "Every Mind Matters" campaign.
