Cole Palmer has been voted the Hublot 2023/24 Young Player of the Season.
Attacking midfielder Palmer has had a sensational campaign since joining Chelsea from Manchester City last summer.
Palmer, who turned 22 last week, has scored or assisted 32 goals this season, the joint-most of any player in the Premier League.
He is only the third player in history to reach 30+ goal involvements in a PL season while aged 21 or younger, after Robbie Fowler and Chris Sutton.
Palmer is the league's second-highest scorer, with his 22 goals trailing only Man City striker Erling Haaland in the Castrol Golden Boot race.
He also ranks joint-second for assists, setting up 10 goals, three behind Aston Villa's Ollie Watkins in the Castrol Playmaker race heading into the final day.

The Chelsea star is one of only four players this season to reach double figures for both goals and assists, along with Watkins, Mohamed Salah and Anthony Gordon, while he has matched Didier Drogba and Frank Lampard's Chelsea record of 16 home Premier League goals in a season - a record he has a chance to break against AFC Bournemouth at Stamford Bridge on Sunday.
Palmer is the first Chelsea player to win the award since it was introduced in 2019/20.
He tops a shortlist of eight nominees who were aged 23 or younger at the start of the season, winning the award after votes from the public were combined with those of a panel of football experts.
