Find out who has won the Playmaker of the Season awards, given to the player who provides the most assists

The Premier League Playmaker award was introduced in the 2017/18 season to reward the players who create the most goals for their teams.

The award, which is presented by Cadbury, the official snack partner of the Premier League, goes to the player or players with the highest number of assists in a Premier League season.

The inaugural winner was Kevin De Bruyne, who provided 16 Premier League assists in Manchester City's title-winning campaign.

The latest holder is Eden Hazard, who claimed the 2018/19 award with 15 assists for Chelsea.
