Ryan Gravenberch has been named the 2024/25 Hublot Young Player of the Season, gaining recognition for a standout campaign in which he played a major role in Liverpool’s Premier League title win.
Gravenberch, who turned 23 last week, has been one of the Premier League's star midfielders, impressing in a new role at the base of midfield under head coach Arne Slot.

The Dutchman leads all Premier League midfielders for interceptions, with 59, and ranks top among Liverpool players this season for times possession won, with his total of 189 being the fifth-most of anyone in the Premier League.
For Liverpool, he ranks second for passes and third for duels, tackles made and minutes played. Despite his defensive role, he has also produced four assists, contributing in all areas of Liverpool's title-winning season.
Gravenberch's incredible campaign was such that he also earned a nomination for the EA SPORTS Player of the Season award, won by Mohamed Salah. Gravenberch was the only player on both the Player and Young Player of the Season award shortlists.
Gravenberch wins the award after votes from the public were combined with those from a panel of football experts to determine the best player who started the season aged 23 or under. He beat fellow nominees Liam Delap, Anthony Elanga, Dean Huijsen, Cole Palmer, Joao Pedro, Morgan Rogers and William Saliba.
He is the second Liverpool player to win the award since it was introduced in 2019/20, following Trent Alexander-Arnold.
