The Scout's panel of Fantasy Premier League experts discuss whether they will bring in any Luton Town or Burnley players ahead of their Double Gameweek 7.

What the FPL experts say
Lee Bonfield (@FPLFamily)

Burnley's Double doesn't look that appealing on paper, so I'll focus on Luton. Issa Kabore (£4.0m) is in my team and I'll likely play him and cross my fingers for a clean sheet in at least one of the matches.

Carlton Morris (£5.5m) is the obvious pick from the Luton attack, simply because he looks pretty nailed on for minutes and is the designated penalty-taker.

I think the only player worth buying is Morris. He's an easy move if you have Nicolas Jackson (£7.0m), who is suspended for Chelsea's next match. Morris scored 20 goals in the Championship.

Burnley and Luton defenders can be played, but I wouldn't bring them in with a transfer.

Sam Bonfield (@FPLFamily)

I am avoiding Burnley purely because with one of their fixtures against Newcastle United and Lyle Foster (£5.0m) suspended, I am struggling to see either goals or clean sheets.

I am already invested in Kabore, who delivered five points for me in Gameweek 6. I will likely move Yoane Wissa (£6.0m) to Morris for the Double and then swap him out for someone new in Gameweek 8.

With my Wildcard still intact, I feel I can play the Double a little bit more easily, but don't overinvest!

Ben Crabtree (@FC_CrabDogg)

I recently Wildcarded so looked ahead for fixture opportunities. I ended up not being tempted by anyone from Luton or Burnley, as there are good players with good fixtures that week. If I had players for the Double, I'd be looking to get rid of them straight after.

Nick (@WGTA_Nick)

I've decided not to invest in any Double Gameweek players. It may be interesting for a one-week punt, but personally I believe I am better off targeting the more premium assets at the bigger clubs in the Premier League long-term.

Pras (@Pras_FPL)

On the face of it, that Double feels like a trap. However, someone will still score goals or there will be clean sheets. My advice would be to not overcommit on these players as you don't want them long-term, but having one or two that can then sit on the bench feels OK.

Morris is the obvious pick with better fixtures and penalties, but I will only be playing Kabore, who I have owned since Gameweek 1.

The only one worth buying from Luton and Burnley this week is Morris, but even then he is far from essential. If you own players such as Kabore or Amari'i Bell (£4.0m) I would be starting them.

Mark McGettigan (@FPLGeneral)

If you already own a player or two from Luton and/or Burnley, great, use them this week. I wouldn't be in a rush to buy their assets, but Jackson owners moving to Morris makes sense.
