Roberto Firmino
No player was involved in more goals in December than the Liverpool forward, with eight.
Firmino played in all seven of his side's matches last month, helping Jurgen Klopp's men to an unbeaten record of four wins and three draws.
He was involved in two goals in four separate matches in December, scoring doubles against Brighton & Hove Albion and Swansea City, plus scoring and assisting in successive away fixtures at AFC Bournemouth and Arsenal.
What his manager says
"I appreciate always his effort and his performance," Jurgen Klopp told Liverpool's official website last month.
"I could not say how many goals he has scored so far in the season because I feel he is always involved, he is always in and around the really dangerous situations for the opponent."
