Ollie Watkins has claimed the Premier League Playmaker of the Season award for the most assists provided in the 2023/24 season.
The Aston Villa forward enjoyed a stellar season, providing 13 assists as well as scoring 19 goals in the Premier League that helped Unai Emery's side finish in the top four and qualify for the UEFA Champions League.
Watkins was unable to add to his tally of 13 assists as Villa went down 5-0 at Crystal Palace on the final day, but it mattered not as he finished two assists clear Chelsea's Cole Palmer.
Leon Bailey was the player whom Watkins assisted most, setting up the winger for four of his 10 goals in 2023/24, with Moussa Diaby close behind, having scored three for Villa from a Watkins pass.
