The Scout is tipping four low-owned players for a breakthrough Gameweek in 2023/24 Fantasy Premier League.

Each player can be found in under seven per cent of squads ahead of Friday’s 18:15 GMT deadline.

Kevin De Bruyne (Man City) £10.3m

The midfielder’s recent return to action could be significant for Manchester City and Fantasy managers alike.

De Bruyne made an immediate impact last weekend, in his first appearance since August, emerging from the bench to assist Jeremy Doku’s (£6.5m) goal in a 5-0 FA Cup win over Huddersfield Town.

Although he may again be used as a substitute against Newcastle United on Saturday evening, the Belgian’s cup display shows he can deliver returns even when his minutes are limited.

At a point in the season where both Mohamed Salah (£13.2m) and Son Heung-min (£9.8m) could be absent until Gameweek 25 due to international commitments, De Bruyne has the schedule to be a ready-made replacement.

Home encounters with Burnley and Everton in the next four Gameweeks give him the chance to re-establish himself as a key figure in managers’ midfields for the remainder of the campaign.

Ivan Toney (Brentford) £7.9m

Brentford’s forward has the potential to shake up managers’ frontlines after serving his recent ban.

Toney was a huge success in 2022/23 Fantasy, producing 20 goals and four assists to finish third in the forward standings behind Erling Haaland (£13.9m) and Harry Kane.

His all-round style of play is favoured by the Bonus Points System (BPS), which helps determine the bonus points in each match in Fantasy. Indeed, Toney’s total of 35 bonus points last season placed fourth among all players.

A home meeting with Nottingham Forest in Gameweek 21 allows him to remind managers of his abilities.

The visitors are without a clean sheet in four matches across all competitions since Nuno Espirito Santo was appointed as head coach, and they conceded twice against League One side Blackpool in the FA Cup last weekend.

Nicolas Dominguez (Nott’m Forest) £5.0m

The midfielder is emerging as a key player for Nott’m Forest under Nuno.

Dominguez was handed his first start under the Portuguese in Gameweek 20, scoring and earning nine points in their 2-1 win over Manchester United.

He followed that up with another goal in Nott’m Forest’s FA Cup draw with Blackpool.

Notably, Dominguez was his side’s main goal threat on both occasions, taking three shots against Man Utd and four against Blackpool.

At a cost of £5.0m, he can offer strong value away to Brentford, who have conceded in each of their last 10 matches in all competitions.

Pedro Neto (Wolves) £5.6m

The Portuguese offers managers in Fantasy a consistent, cut-price midfield option following his recent return from injury.

Neto’s brief outing off the bench in Wolverhampton Wanderers’ 3-0 win over Everton last time out marked his first appearance since Gameweek 10.

He was one of the standout performers in Fantasy until that point, delivering one goal and eight assists in his first 10 matches of 2023/24.

Neto now looks set to return to Wolves' starting XI against a Brighton & Hove Albion side who have struggled defensively this season.

The Seagulls have only managed a single clean sheet in 2023/24, conceding in all 10 of their home matches.
