Swansea City will be at home to debutants Portsmouth in the PL Cup semi-finals as they aim to continue their pursuit of a second trophy this season.

Already crowned Premier League 2 Division 2 champions, Swansea defeated Brighton & Hove Albion in the quarter-finals to set up a meeting with Pompey, who beat Colchester United 2-0 in the last eight to continue their impressive run.

In the other tie, 2013/14 winners Reading will entertain Norwich City, who claimed a 1-0 victory at Liverpool on Monday evening. Reading defeated Newcastle United in the last eight.

Semi-final matches will be played between 28 April and 1 May. They will be one-legged ties, with extra-time and possibly penalties required if the scores are level after 90 minutes.
