Pep Guardiola has claimed back-to-back Barclays Manager of the Month awards after winning December 2021's prize.
The Manchester City manager steered his Premier League leaders to seven wins out of seven as they finished the month eight points clear at the top of the table.
It gives Man City a December awards double, after Raheem Sterling was voted the EA SPORTS Player of the Month for the third time.
Guardiola's men started December with a 2-1 win at Aston Villa and followed up with another away victory, beating Watford by a 3-1 scoreline.
A hard-fought 1-0 home success over Wolverhampton Wanderers came before a scintillating 7-0 win against Leeds United, a 4-0 triumph at Newcastle United and a 6-3 home success over Leicester City.
The seventh and final win of the month was a hard-fought 1-0 victory at Brentford.
Guardiola has now been named Barclays Manager of the Month 11 times, giving him the competition's third-highest total. Only Sir Alex Ferguson (27) and Arsene Wenger (15) have claimed the award on more occasions.
He won after votes from the public were combined with those of a panel of football experts, beating fellow nominees Mikel Arteta, Antonio Conte and Jurgen Klopp.
