Carragher: Man Utd can finish third
Former Liverpool defender Jamie Carragher believes Manchester United, following their 1-0 victory at Everton, can finish as high as third.
"They've [Man Utd] got an incredible opportunity to finish in the top four," he told Sky Sports. "I think they will. The other teams start playing in Europe, they've got distractions. United haven't got any distractions. I really do think they could finish third."
Man Utd's win at Goodison Park on Monday extended interim boss Michael Carrick's unbeaten run to six matches and moved United three points clear of both Chelsea and Liverpool.
