There are three confirmed all-Premier League ties, with Newcastle United hosting Manchester City, Wolverhampton Wanderers welcoming Liverpool and Brentford facing West Ham United at the London Stadium.
Meanwhile, league leaders Arsenal travel to League One’s Mansfield Town, while Chelsea have been drawn away to Wrexham, the Championship side owned by Hollywood stars Rob Mac and Ryan Reynolds.
The two all-Premier League ties in the fourth round led to Liverpool and Newcastle progressing at the expense of Brighton & Hove Albion and Aston Villa respectively.
Burnley, who were knocked out by Mansfield Town, were the only other Premier League side eliminated before Monday's draw.
