November's Awards winners

Find out the winners of the EA SPORTS Player, Barclays Manager, Guinness Goal and Coca-Cola Save of the Month awards

The winners of the EA SPORTS Player, Barclays Manager, Guinness Goal and Coca-Cola Save of the Month awards have been revealed.

Thiago wins his first EA SPORTS Player of the Month

Igor Thiago has been voted the EA SPORTS Player of the Month for November 2025, the first Brentford player to win the award.

The Brentford striker is just the fourth player from the club to win a monthly award after Ivan Toney and Saman Ghoddos claimed the Goal of the Month awards in September 2022 and October 2023 respectively, and Mark Flekken won the Save of the Month in February 2024.

Thiago enjoyed a sensational month, scoring five of Brentford’s seven goals, at least two more than any player from November's shortlist.

'I'm so happy and proud of myself'

After winning the award, Thiago said: "It means so much to me. I'm really happy to receive this because it means my hard work on the pitch has paid off.

"I'm surprised! But hopefully I can receive more of these this season. I'm so happy and proud of myself."

The Brazilian began his scoring run with a commanding display in a 3–1 win over Newcastle United at the Gtech Community Stadium.

Having gone behind in the first half, Thiago took control of the match late on, converting a 78th-minute penalty to put Brentford ahead, then sealing the victory deep into stoppage time with a composed finish inside the box.

The 24-year-old continued his momentum against Brighton & Hove Albion, opening the scoring with another penalty in a tight contest which his side unfortunately went on to lose.

Brentford’s final match of the month saw Thiago deliver yet another decisive performance, netting a late brace in a 3–1 home win over Burnley.

One week after having a stoppage-time penalty saved against Brighton, he showed no hesitation from the spot late on to give his side the lead. And just a minute after Burnley thought they had rescued a late point, Thiago powered in his second to help his side secure all three points.

His prolific form this season has seen Thiago become the fastest Brentford player to reach double-digit Premier League goals, hitting his 10th goal in just his 13th match.

He now sits on 11 Premier League goals this season, behind only Manchester City’s Erling Haaland (15), and four clear of the next-closest chasers, Danny Welbeck and Jean-Philippe Mateta.

Thiago topped an eight-man shortlist after the public's votes on the EA SPORTS website were combined with those of a panel of football experts.

Maresca named Barclays Manager of the Month

Enzo Maresca has been named the Barclays Manager of the Month for November, winning the award for the second time.

The Italian guided Chelsea through an outstanding month in which they picked up three wins and a hard-fought draw, earning 10 points, the joint-highest total of any Premier League team in November.

Chelsea's impressive month

Chelsea started November by beating Spurs 1-0, followed by a convincing 3-0 triumph over Wolverhampton Wanderers and a 2-0 success at Burnley.

Their winning run concluded with perhaps their most impressive showing of the month, a 1–1 draw against league leaders Arsenal.

Despite playing with 10 men for more than half of the match, Chelsea not only limited the Gunners’ chances but also took the lead.

Maresca's second Barclays Manager of the Month success sees him become just the sixth Blues manager to win the award on multiple occasions, after Carlo Ancelotti, Jose Mourinho, Antonio Conte, Thomas Tuchel and Antonio Conte.

In total, nine Chelsea managers have won the prize.

Maresca topped a six-man shortlist also featuring Mikel Arteta (Arsenal), Unai Emery (Aston Villa), Pep Guardiola (Manchester City), Fabian Hurzeler (Brighton & Hove Albion) and Marco Silva (Fulham) after votes from fans were combined with those of a panel of experts.

Adams becomes first American to win Guinness Goal of the Month

Tyler Adams' outrageous lob for AFC Bournemouth against Sunderland has been voted November 2025’s Guinness Goal of the Month, as he becomes the first American to win the award since it was introduced in 2016/17.

He is also the fourth Bournemouth player to receive the accolade following David Brooks' strike against Everton in January 2025, Jermain Defoe's stunning volley against Crystal Palace in December 2017 and Charlie Daniels' effort against Manchester City in August 2017.

Pouncing on a loose pass inside his own half, Adams surged forward on the counter-attack before noticing Sunderland goalkeeper Robin Roefs retreating and off his line.

The midfielder then showcased a moment of remarkable vision and technique as he struck an extraordinary, arching effort from inside the centre circle.

His strike topped a shortlist of eight November goals following votes from the public and a panel of experts.

Pickford equals record for Coca-Cola Save of the Month award

Jordan Pickford's stunning save for Everton against Manchester United has been voted the Coca-Cola Save of the Month for November 2025.

Pickford wins the prize for the third time in his career, having previously claimed it in September 2022 and January 2024, as he moves level with Andre Onana since the award was introduced in the 2022/23 season.

With 10–man Everton protecting a 1–0 lead, the match became increasingly stretched in the closing stages.

As Man Utd pushed forward, Joshua Zirkzee rose to meet a cross with a powerful header in the 80th minute, but Pickford, at full stretch and displaying exceptional reflexes, tipped the effort wide to preserve what would become an incredible victory for the Toffees, their first at Old Trafford since 2013.

He wins November's award after votes from the public were combined with those of a panel of experts, topping a shortlist of six goalkeepers who made superb saves across the month.
