Tottenham Hotspur's Luca Williams-Barnett has been named Premier League 2 (PL2) Player of the Month for September.
The 17-year-old midfielder was in impressive form throughout the month, scoring three goals and providing an assist as Spurs ended September in third place.
Williams-Barnett’s standout performance came with a 39-minute hat-trick in a 6-3 victory at Leicester City.
He opened the scoring just over a minute into the match, added a second with another close-range finish, and completed his treble with a thumping finish from the edge of the area.

Williams-Barnett also weighed in with a sublime assist for substitute Leo Black to fire home Spurs' final goal in that emphatic win.
The teenager’s fine form has extended beyond PL2, as he both scored and assisted in the UEFA Youth League against Villarreal.
He then came on for the final three minutes of Spurs' EFL Cup win over Doncaster Rovers, and in doing so became the youngest ever Spurs player to appear in the competition.
Williams-Barnett, who signed his first professional contract on 2 October, the day after his 17th birthday, topped an eight-man shortlist that was selected by the Premier League's Football Development Panel.
Congratulations to September's PL2 Player of the Month, Luca Williams-Barnett!
