With only two rounds of matches to go in the Premier League, there is a lot at stake in the penultimate weekend, with the title race, top-four battle and relegation fight all heading for dramatic conclusions.

Title race

This cannot be determined this weekend, but Manchester City can move a step closer to a record-breaking fourth consecutive Premier League title when they take on Fulham at Craven Cottage on Saturday.

If the champions take maximum points, they will go top of the table for at least 24 hours, with Arsenal not playing until 16:30 BST on Sunday against Manchester United.

A victory for City would also end Liverpool's title hopes, as Pep Guardiola's side would move on to 85 points, with the maximum the Reds can finish on from their final two fixtures being 84 points.

However, a draw at Craven Cottage would leave City behind Arsenal due to an inferior goal difference, with the Gunners able to gain control of the title race.

Top-four race

Aston Villa can guarantee their place in next season's UEFA Champions League if they beat Liverpool in their final home match of the season on Monday.

Unai Emery's men are sat on 67 points and know that three more points will rule out Tottenham Hotspur out of the running.

Even if Villa lose both of their fixtures, Spurs still would need seven points and a swing in goal difference to leapfrog them, or to win all of their remaining fixtures.

Relegation

Nottingham Forest's Premier League status could be secured for another season even before they host Chelsea at 17:30 BST on Saturday.

Burnley have to win at Spurs to keep their hopes of staying up alive, while Luton Town can not afford to lose at West Ham United because their goal difference is significantly inferior to Forest's. Both matches kick off at 15:00 BST on Saturday.

If Forest beat Chelsea later in the day, Burnley's relegation will be confirmed whatever their result at Spurs. Luton will need to have already won at West Ham to avoid joining them, but even then, they would need a miraculous combination of results on the final day to overhaul Forest.
