The Scout is tipping four low-owned players for a breakthrough Gameweek in 2023/24 Fantasy Premier League.

Dejan Kulusevski (TOT) £7.0m

The Tottenham Hotspur winger’s pre-season displays suggest he can get back to his best under Ange Postecoglou.

Kulusevski supplied two assists in Spurs’ 5-1 win over Shakhtar Donetsk last Sunday, the second consecutive match in which they scored five goals.

The Swede was a big success in his first season in Fantasy, averaging 5.5 points per match in 2021/22.

Owned by only 1.8 per cent, Kulusevski offers a value route into Postecoglou’s attack at Brentford this weekend.

Everton’s summer signing, classified as a defender in Fantasy, offers strong all-round potential at home to Fulham.

The Toffees impressed in defence over pre-season, conceding a single goal in their final five friendlies.

Young, owned by only 0.7 per cent of managers, could also be on dead-ball duties given their first-choice player for free-kicks and corners, Dwight McNeil (£5.5m), is currently injured.

Notably, Everton produced 80 shots from set-pieces following Sean Dyche’s arrival as manager in Gameweek 22 last season, the third-most in the league.

The forward is expected to start the season for Brentford due to Ivan Toney’s (£8.0m) suspension.

Although Wissa was limited to only 16 appearances in 2022/23, his average of 4.6 points per start (pps) ranked second only to the 5.5pps of Toney among team-mates, and bettered the 4.0pps of Bryan Mbeumo (£6.5m).

Whereas midfielder Mbeumo is selected by 12.5 per cent, a mere 4.7 per cent have picked Wissa for the Bees’ home encounter with Spurs.

Brentford’s extended run of favourable opponents can lift Wissa’s appeal as a cut-price option for managers’ frontlines.

According to the Fixture Difficulty Ratings (FDR), five of their first seven matches score only two.

The winger has been overlooked due to the popularity of his Manchester United team-mates Marcus Rashford (£9.0m) and Bruno Fernandes (£8.5m).

While Rashford and Fernandes are among the four most-owned midfielders, found in over 45 per cent and 26 per cent of squads respectively, Antony has been selected by only 1.7 per cent.

The Brazilian welcomes Wolverhampton Wanderers in fine form, nonetheless.

He matched Rashford’s goal and assist in the Red Devils’ 3-1 home win over French side Lens last weekend, adding to his strike against Borussia Dortmund in their previous match.

Although Rashford looks the go-to pick, Antony has the form to offer a value, double-up route into Erik ten Hag’s attack for Monday's encounter.
