In a season full of tremendous strikes, only one shot could win the Most Powerful Goal award, and that accolade has been claimed by Said Benrahma for his rocket against Crystal Palace in November.

Although West Ham United lost the match 2-1, the winger scored a stunning goal, showing excellent skill to move away from two Palace players before unleashing an unstoppable right-footed shot into the top-left corner.

Benrahma's fierce strike was measured to have an average speed of 107.17km/h between the ball leaving his boot to crossing the goalline.

This was the fastest average speed from all the goals scored from outside the area in the 2022/23 season without a deflection off another player.

Benrahma - Most powerful goal award

It was the most powerful shot calculated by Oracle, the Premier League's official cloud provider.

Benrahma becomes the second player to win the prize after Fernandinho claimed the inaugural award last season.
