Raheem Sterling (£11.9m) produced his fourth double-figure haul in six Gameweeks as Manchester City won 4-0 away to Watford.

The winger netted twice at Vicarage Road, also earning the assist for Phil Foden’s (£5.5m) goal.

Sterling has now scored seven times and supplied three assists in his last six matches.

And he also gained spot-kick duties for Man City in his late push for the Golden Boot.

Sterling took a first-half penalty instead of their usual No 1 Kevin De Bruyne (£10.7m), converting the rebound after Ben Foster (£4.9m) had saved his initial effort.

Back on top

Meanwhile, De Bruyne’s assist for Aymeric Laporte’s (£6.3m) headed goal helped the Belgian return to the top of the FPL player standings.

At home to Norwich City in Gameweek 38+, Sterling and De Bruyne are major captaincy options if they can avoid being rotated.

Both have had their minutes limited recently, boosting their freshness and raising hopes they can retain their starts.

Sterling has played 45 and 63 minutes in the last two Gameweeks, while De Bruyne was rested in Gameweek 36+.

Silva return

David Silva (£7.4m) and Riyad Mahrez (£8.6m) look very likely to start this weekend after were both benched against the Hornets.

Silva must be sure to return to the first XI in his last-ever Premier League match for Man City. He has 39 points in his last three home outings.

Top scorer: Raheem Sterling 17pts (TSB 20.3% £11.9m).
Bonus points: Raheem Sterling 3pts, Kyle Walker 2pts, Ben Foster 2pts.

Trezeguet (£5.2m) emerged as a key differential once again as Aston Villa recorded a 1-0 home win over Arsenal.

Owned by just 1.2 per cent of managers, the winger scored the decisive goal, adding to his two strikes against Crystal Palace in Gameweek 35+.

Trezeguet has now returned 29 points over the last three fixtures.

And his form will be vital as Dean Smith’s side visit West Ham United looking to avoid relegation in their final match of the season.

The Hammers have a poor defensive record, managing just a single clean sheet in their last 15 home contests.

Lacazette an option?

For Arsenal, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang (£10.9m) was a huge let-down for the 521,690 managers who handed him the captaincy in Gameweek 37+.

The fourth most-selected armband pick, Aubameyang had scored twice against Man City in the FA Cup last weekend.

But his blank at Villa Park means he has just a single goal in his last five Gameweek appearances.

Nonetheless, Aubameyang remains among the key captaincy options this Sunday, as the Gunners host a Watford side that have conceded seven goals in their last two matches.

Alexandre Lacazette (£9.2m) could be an alternative choice for managers needing to gamble with the armband.

The Frenchman earned 11 points against Liverpool in his last home match, scoring and assisting in a 2-1 win.

Top scorer: Tyrone Mings 12pts (TSB 2.9% £4.4m).
Bonus points: Tyrone Mings 3pts, Trezeguet 2pts, Jack Grealish 1pt, Ezri Konsa 1pt.
