    Match summary

Wolverhampton Wanderers extended their Premier League unbeaten run to eight matches with a 2-1 victory at AFC Bournemouth.

A Simon Francis foul gave Joao Moutinho the chance to break the deadlock with a pinpoint free-kick from the left on 21 minutes.

Raul Jimenez's sixth goal of the season doubled Wolves' lead before Francis was dismissed for a second bookable offence before half-time.

Steve Cook reduced the deficit with a header and Nathan Ake was denied an equaliser at point-blank range by Rui Patricio.

Wolves held on for three points that move them to fifth, on 19 points.

AFC Bournemouth drop to 11th with 16.
