I can't sign in or create a myPremierLeague account. What do I need to do?

Please ensure you are using your registered e-mail address and correct password. Note that the password is case sensitive.

If you’ve recently registered and you haven't received an email to confirm your account, please check your spam or junk mail folders.

If you can't log in to your account, try resetting your password. An email will be sent to your mailbox with instructions on how to reset your password. If you do not receive the email, please check your Junk folder in your email inbox and add noreply@email.account.premierleague.com to your address book.

How do I delete myPremierLeague account?

Please see the following instructions to delete your account. This process will permanently delete your myPremierLeague account, along with access to Fantasy Premier League:

1. Log into your account and navigate to myPremierLeague, then go to Settings
2. Navigate to My Account or Manage Account and select 'Delete Account'
3. You will then be asked if you want to delete your account, select 'Continue'
4. On the following page select 'Confirm' to delete your account or 'Cancel' to exit the process

Once confirmed, your account will be permanently deleted in 21 days and if you would like to return you will need to create a new account. Please note that if you created an account using email and password, if you log back in to your account during the 21 day period the account will be reactivated. You will not be sent any communications from Premier League or partners during this time.

If you created an account using Google, Facebook, X or Apple then you will not be able to log back in and reactivate your account.

How do I update my personal details and email preferences?

You can update your personal details and email preferences via your myPremierLeague account

Just access your account via the navigation. From here you can update your personal information, including email addresses and passwords, as well as any preferences that you have previously selected.

How do I provide feedback on the Premier League website?
