Brighton are aiming to extend a three-match unbeaten run in the Premier League, while leaders Liverpool are seeking to respond after back-to-back defeats in all competitions.

Team news

Bernardo (hamstring) and Jose Izquierdo (knee) will miss out for Brighton against the Premier League leaders, while Mat Ryan and Alireza Jahanbakhsh are away on Asian Cup duty.

Liverpool's Dejan Lovren (hamstring), Adam Lallana (muscular), Joe Gomez (ankle) and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain (knee) are out.

Joel Matip (collar bone) is back in training and will face a late fitness test along with Jordan Henderson (knock).
