Spurs midfielder Christian Eriksen (abdomen) is out.

Serge Aurier is a doubt after picking up a thigh injury against Watford. Goalkeeper Michel Vorm (knee) remains sidelined, but Mauricio Pochettino said Hugo Lloris (thigh) will be assessed on Friday.

Huddersfield's only absentees are Danny Williams and Ramadan Sobhi (both knee).

Huddersfield lost both Premier League matches against Spurs last season, scoring none and conceding six.

The Terriers scoreless run of five home Premier League fixtures is the longest in the competition since Southampton's six that ended in August 2017 and it is three short of Man City's record run of eight in 2007.

Spurs' Erik Lamela can become the first player to score in three consecutive Premier League fixtures from coming off the bench since Adam Le Fondre in 2013.

Spurs have scored in 31 of their last 32 Premier League fixtures, failing only at West Bromwich Albion in May.
