Debutants Southampton will kick off the 2018/19 Premier League International Cup against Dinamo Zagreb on 14 August.
The release of the PL International Cup fixtures has pitted Saints, who are in Group A, against defending champions Porto on 26 September and West Ham United on 11 December.
Fellow newcomers Brighton & Hove Albion first play against Everton on 28 September, while Benfica and Bayern Munich await the Seagulls in January.
The International Cup consists of six groups of four teams. Each group contains two Premier League 2 clubs and two invited European teams.
The group winners and the two best runners-up go through to the quarter-finals.
The knockout ties are one-off matches to be decided by extra-time and then penalties if level after 90 minutes.
All matches will be hosted by the PL2 team or played at a neutral English venue if between two international clubs.
