Harry Kane took his goalscoring form of the 2017/18 Premier League into the 2018 FIFA World Cup with a double as England beat Tunisia 2-1 at Volgograd.
After a personal high of 30 goals for Tottenham Hotspur last season, the striker got his first at a World Cup when he followed up a save from John Stones' header at a corner.
Tunisia levelled from the penalty spot after Kyle Walker’s foul but Kane, the England captain, was in the right place again in stoppage time to head home from another corner to give England the three points in group G.
England next face Panama on 24 June.
