2010: Chelsea 8-0 Wigan

Chelsea claimed their third Premier League title courtesy of an emphatic win at Stamford Bridge. 

Nicolas Anelka put the Blues ahead in the sixth minute before Frank Lampard added a second from the penalty spot after Gary Caldwell was sent off.

Salomon Kalou, a second for Anelka, Didier Drogba's hat-trick and Ashley Cole completed Chelsea's biggest win in their 105-year history while they also broke the record for the most goals scored in the Premier League (103).

Chelsea finished one point clear of Manchester United to end United's three-year reign as champions. Wigan ended up in 16th, six points clear of the bottom three.

2011: Fulham 2-5 Liverpool

Liverpool boosted their chances of claiming fifth place and qualifying for the UEFA Europa League as they defeated Fulham with the help of Maxi Rodriguez's second hat-trick in three matches.

Dirk Kuyt and Luis Suarez added to Rodriguez's goals, while Mousa Dembele and Steve Sidwell got on the scoresheet for Fulham in the second-half.

The win left Liverpool in fifth, two points clear of Tottenham Hotspur with two matches left to play, one of those coming against Spurs. Fulham were left in 10th.
