2010: Kolarov makes Man City move

Manchester City continued their summer spending spree with signing of Aleksandar Kolarov from Lazio.

The left-back established a reputation for scoring from free-kicks, after recording his first PL goal against Birmingham City.

He scored 10 more goals for City, helping them win two Premier League titles, the FA Cup and two League Cups.

The Serbia international made 165 PL appearances over his seven seasons at the Etihad Stadium, before moving to Serie A side Roma.

2018: Wolves move for Moutinho

Promoted Wolverhampton Wanderers signed Joao Moutinho from Monaco on a two-year deal.

The Portugal midfielder played in every Premier League match in the 2018/19 season, scoring his only league goal that season at Old Trafford.

Moutinho helped Wolves finish seventh in their first season back in the Premier League, qualifying for the UEFA Europa League in the process.
