1994: Coventry City 2-1 Blackburn Rovers

Two goals from midfielder Julian Darby sealed a win for Coventry City that ended the title hopes of Blackburn Rovers and made Manchester United the Premier League champions.

Darby opened the scoring after 11 minutes before Graeme Le Saux gave Blackburn hope of keeping the title race alive with an equaliser 18 minutes later.

Darby went on to score his second of the match to move Coventry up to 10th place.

Second-placed Rovers, meanwhile, were left five points behind United with only one match for them left to play.

2012: Chelsea 0-2 Newcastle United

Papiss Cisse's sensational double stunned Chelsea and kept Newcastle United's hopes of a top-four finish alive.

With 19 minutes gone, Cisse opened the scoring with a left-footed strike from the edge of the area.

His second, in the fourth minute of second-half stoppage time, won goal of the season.

Out on the left flank, Cisse struck a swerving, angled shot with the outside of his right foot that curved and flew over goalkeeper Petr Cech.

Newcastle's first league victory at Stamford Bridge in 26 years left them in fifth and outside of the top four only on goal difference, while Chelsea were sixth on 61 points.
