2005: Arsenal 5-1 Crystal Palace

Arsenal scored three goals in the space of seven first-half minutes to move two points behind second-placed Manchester United

Dennis Bergkamp broke the deadlock in the 32nd minute, and Jose Antonio Reyes and Thierry Henry struck soon after to put Arsenal 3-0 up in the 39th minute.

Patrick Vieira extended the lead in the second half and, although Andrew Johnson pulled a goal back with a penalty, Henry had the final word with his second strike.

Crystal Palace remained 17th, two points outside the relegation zone.

2007: Tim Howard joins Everton permanently

Having spent the first six months of the season on loan from Manchester United, Tim Howard joined Everton on a permanent basis.

The American goalkeeper stayed at Goodison Park until the summer of 2016, ending up with 399 Premier League appearances for Man Utd and Everton.

He kept 132 clean sheets in total and scored one goal, for Everton against Bolton Wanderers in January 2012.
