We recently made some changes to our website and Fantasy Premier League ahead of the new season kicking off.

Occasionally such changes can result in some users experiencing difficulties creating, activating or accessing accounts so we've prepared this guide to help you.

I can't sign in. What do I need to do?

Please ensure you are using the e-mail address and password you registered with. Note that the password is case sensitive.

If you've registered for the first time this season, you will need to activate your account before entering a Fantasy Premier League team. An email will be sent to the email address you've registered with and contains a link you'll need to click in order to activate your account. If you haven’t received an email, please check your spam or junk mail folders.

If the email is not there, try resetting your password. A temporary password will be sent to your mailbox. Please update your password once logged in.

If you do not receive the password reminder, please check your Junk folder in your email inbox and add to your address book.

I have tried resetting my password but have not received an email. What can I do?

It appears there has been an issue with Hotmail/Outlook email accounts receiving the password reset email.

Please follow these instructions, which have enabled other managers in your position to receive the email.

  1. Open your Hotmail/Outlook mailbox
  2. Select 'Options' from the top right (you will need to select the cog-shaped icon first)
  3. Select 'Safe and blocked senders' (under 'Preventing junk email') and then 'Safe senders'
  4. In the space provided, enter this address:
  5. Then click 'Add to list'
  6. Then go back to the FPL site (, select 'Forgot your password?' and enter your email address before selecting 'Reset my password'

You should find that the email is then sent to your inbox (this could take up to 10 minutes). If after this time you have not received the message in your Inbox and you cannot see anything in your Junk folder, please use the 'Contact us' form on
