After Manchester City set a Premier League record for the most completed passes in a match, we look at how their mark of 902 compares with the best for the other top-flight teams.

The club with the closest number of completed passes to Man City's are Swansea City

The Welsh team completed 835 passes in 2012 against Newcastle United.

Arsenal and Liverpool are the only other teams to have completed more than 800 passes in a Premier League match, since Opta started recording such data from 2003/04.

While Man City set a new mark at the weekend, Tottenham Hotspur also reached a club best, completing 705 passes in the 2-0 win over Huddersfield Town.

At the other end of the table, Sean Dyche's Burnley have managed to punch above their weight with a less possession-based game.

The Clarets' best total of 389, set against West Bromwich Albion in 2016/17, is less than half of Man City's record.
