That is the opinion of Mark Sutherns, who, in the latest Fantasy Premier League Show, suggests the Tottenham Hotspur striker can continue to torment the Toffees, whom he has scored twice against in his last two meetings with them.
Sutherns also recommends Manchester United midfielder Jesse Lingard (£6.3m), who faces an out-of-sorts Stoke City on Monday night and is half the price of Kane.
