Wayne Rooney's incredible effort from his own half has earned the Everton forward the Carling Goal of the Month award for November.
Rooney scored from the centre-circle against West Ham United on 29 November with a sweetly driven strike that completed a hat-trick in a 4-0 Goodison Park win.
"It’s one of - if not the best - goal I've ever scored," he told Everton's official website. "I think I hit it as well as I've ever kicked a football!"
One of eight goals nominated, Rooney won thanks to the combined votes of a panel of experts and the public, who picked their favourite via the Carling Tap and Carling website.
