Forest sign Sillah

Nottingham Forest Academy is delighted to confirm the signing of forward Lamin Sillah on a deal until the summer of 2028. The Gambian striker joins Forest from Olympiacos and will be part of Warren Joyce’s B Team squad for the 2025/26 season. It was a successful first season in Europe for the 19-year-old, who scored nine times and got five assists in 17 games in the U19 Super League in Greece, with his first goal coming on debut as he netted the winner against Panathinaikos. Head of Football Development & Talent Management, Craig Mulholland, said: “It’s really important our Emerging Talent pool has a blend of the best players from the local area who have come through our Academy, as well as top talent from around the world. “Lamin is someone who has high potential, and we’re delighted to have added a goalscoring attacker to Warren’s young, exciting squad. “He arrives here hungry to improve. We wish Lamin well for the year ahead and we are all looking forward to seeing how he settles into the Club.”
